Yes. We recommend all new guests arrive no later than 15 minutes before their first class.
This ensures you will be properly guided throughout the studio and properly set up for classes.

Every Sunday at 4:00pm, classes for the upcoming Tuesday-Monday go LIVE for bookings.
Yes. This ensures you are able to get into a class along with selecting a position that you are comfortable with.
We do accept walk-ins but cannot guarantee a spot in class.
If you cancel your class 12 hours before your class time it will be credited back to your account with no penalty.
Cancelling your class after the 12-hour window will result in a loss of credit if using a credit package and/or a $12 late cancellation for membership owners.
** No-shows will results in a loss of credit and additional $12 no-show fee.
Three fully stocked showers, community spaces to relax before or after class, water filling station, 24-hour security, and convenient street or ramp C parking. If Parking in ramp C, you may enter through the backdoor of the T3 building.
We have one shared locker room, that includes two showers and 40 lockers. You are welcome to place your items in the lockers or cubbies that are located in in the cycle studio, in the sculpt/stretch studio, or in our lobby.
Our locker room is gender neutral, but our restrooms and showers offer ample space for one to change before or after classes.
The Grind will hold your spot until two minutes before class start time.
At the two minute mark, we will release your spot to a guest if there is a waitlist.
If you are running late, call us!
If you are running late for your cycle class, you will be escorted into the studio space after song one, no one is allowed to enter the cycle studio space after song two has begun. This is for our instructors and riders safety...and more importantly, we do not want the vibe to be interrupted.
The minimum age is 13 years old and you must be 4’11” tall at a minimum.
If you are under age 18, you may not ride unless a parent or guardian signs a waiver for you in person. Parents: please note that music played by instructors in classes may contain profanity. It is always a good idea to chat with the staff to determine which instructor would be the best match for your young one.
Absolutely. We are here to make you feel successful while pushing you outside your comfort zone, but more importantly listen to your body, if it does not feel right, do not do it. . Take a break when you need to and remember to give yourself grace.
